This information is used solely for addressing your query and providing you with counselling services. I don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law. 

Data is collected by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. I only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with an answer or the requested service. Jo Thompson Counsellor does not accept any responsibility for failures by suppliers or third parties. What data I store, I will protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
