I aim to offer sessions to suit your needs and requirements:

Our initial contact by telephone or email will be to arrange your consultation and take contact details. 

Your first consultation will be a space for us to discuss your expectations and needs of counselling.

Counselling session duration is for 1 hour, usually at the same time weekly but can be flexible where possible:

 - Session fee is £60.00 per 1 hour -

You will be able to access short, medium or long term counselling at your discretion.
